Meet Spikedheals!

She's a human and was born on June 25, 2010.  Her purpose was to be ready for the third WoW expansion pack that will probably be out in Nov 2010.  Of course, an additional purpose is just to have fun so she is advancing on now ahead of the expansion.

She's a priest and will spend much of her time growing up as a shadow priest.  However, when she's able she'll also branch out into the discipline healing spec.

Her branch into the discipline area is part of the reason for her name.  Healing priests tend to be holy or discipline.  Holy works really well for groups and  raid heals, while the discipline priest is better suited for a single target or for tank heals, so her heals are more "spiked" to a single target.  Her name is also a play on "Spiked Heels" because she has a bit of an attitude, and after all, she is into discipline.

Spiked is off to a great start.  Her bigger sisters have equipped her with "bind to account" leveling items as well as large bags and gold to train with.  She's ready to take on just about anything around her level.

Aug 13, 2010:  Spiked is 68 now and has moved through the Outlands and into Northrend.  She still has had very few deaths, 12 or so I think.  Her jewel crafting is 387 so she can craft some pretty good stuff and she's doing the quests for even better items.  Her mining is 363, a little behind where she would like.  Cooking is at 364.  She's still pretty aggressive.

July 19, 2010:  Spiked is 52 now and has completed her level 50 class quest in Sunken Temple (thanks Aru!).  He jewel crafting is up to 225 and mining to 281.  She hopes to move into the Outlands in a few weeks (it would be sooner, but she's taking a week or so off).  She has an aggressive play style, even when others are with her.  But she dies very little for her level and play style.

July 2, 2010:  Spiked is 20 now and is riding her Bind-To-Account mount.  She wants to travel to Menethil to buy a white steed, fitting for a priest.  She's going to continue to progress and gain levels.  Currently she's has mining-93, jewel crafting-57, fishing-68, cooking-101, and first aid-138.

June 26, 2010:  She's trying not to level much because she wants to be at a fairly low level when the expansion comes out.  However, she's working on professions (mining and jewel crafting) along with secondary skills of cooking, fishing, and first aid, so there will be some leveling in the course of progress.  Her current plan is to probably max her professions and skills for her level and probably work off and on to attain level 20.  Level 20 will give her a mount and position her well when the expansion arrives.
